Brian Hetzell
Building on Brian’s more than 22 years of experience in the clinical research industry as a statistical programmer and biostatistician, he ensures that the biostatistics and statistical programming staff have the support required to deliver quality biostatistics and statistical programming on time.
Within Catalyst Flex, Brian makes sure that teams are properly resourced, and they have the knowledge to work on the therapeutic area they are assigned.
The Catalyst culture brought Brian here, and the people on his teams are a specific part of the culture that keeps him going.
“I work with so many amazing and driven individuals,” he says. “Our biostatisticians and programmers are really impressive. They work really hard and continuously aim to learn more and more. They are pretty inspiring!”
