I love the collaborative nature of my Catalyst colleagues. Anytime I connect with colleagues for guidance, I have been met with eagerness to jump in and help. It is a great feeling; being comfortable to reach out to colleagues that I may not know well or work with often and to have the confidence that it will be received with friendliness and support.

I love the culture of respect, support, and positivity. The Catalyst family is unique in that there is a great level of collaboration among colleagues and a drive to set each other up for success. The love goes beyond the workplace and great relationships are built, which enhances the success of our projects. The work-lifestyle balance is very adequate, with the right flexibility.

Genuine care for each other…to achieve things at work and in personal pursuits.

Catalyst is truly focused on its people.

Most of our people are industry veterans, some of whom have been around other cultures that didn’t support them the way they needed. They came to Catalyst looking to satisfy a desire to improve the lives of the patients but also to find a culture that is forward–leaning and focused on serving our people. The genuine appreciation of our people–focused culture is felt when you engage with Catalyst colleagues.

I love the sense of collaboration and supporting each other to succeed. A prime example of this was just this week – as Conference Lead I needed to pack and ship booth materials to a conference. Being UK based, and currently, without an Office Manager in Raleigh, I was unable to do this physically myself. Thankfully I had willing colleagues offering their assistance to be my ‘boots on the ground’ – from our SVP battling the storeroom and repacking the booth boxes to a project manager sorting the FedEx labels. Fabulous teamwork to get the job done! I love how flexible my colleagues are. From our marketing manager creating creative content masterpieces from my jumbled visions of needs and wants, to our Office Manager/EA in Wilmington (the Maverick to my Goose) providing me with insanely prompt answers to any queries. I love how my colleagues genuinely listen and don’t simply engage as a tick-box exercise. Thank you! I appreciate you all.
