Lisa Dawson, RN
Lisa Dawson, RN, Senior Director, Safety, has more than 16 years of pharmacovigilance experience within the pharmaceutical and clinical research industries. Regulatory compliance is a key focus of her role with Catalyst Flex. She has expertise in oncology and other therapeutic areas, along with technology, such as electronic data capture (EDC) and safety databases. Certified in Good Clinical Practice, (GCP), Lisa finds her education as a registered nurse helped support her career’s focus on clinical research.
Lisa’s education and experience are only a part of her Catalyst Flex story. Two elements of her job that make her show up to work daily are “the incredible team members and clients I work with.”
Catalyst and its culture are a part of our experts’ stories. When it comes to pharmacovigilance, Lisa wants potential clients to understand what makes Catalyst Flex a distinct offering in the functional services provider space. “We strive to deliver higher quality case processing,” Lisa says. “We are not an assembly line production team. We understand each event and each patient is different; therefore, their story should reflect that.”
While Catalyst pulls through efficiencies, the Safety team emphasizes a higher level of thought into how cases are processed and how narratives are written than Lisa experienced elsewhere.
