A small biopharma client wanted to enhance its in-house biometrics capabilities. With a large pipeline of 25-30 studies across Phase I and II, the client needed to add data management services. Catalyst Flex was contacted as a functional expert in biometrics to support the immediate needs for a scalable team to handle the growing pipeline.
Solution
Catalyst initially provided three data managers then scaled to add multiple roles across clinical programming, technical writing, medical coding, lab support, and electronic data capture (EDC) programming. Catalyst Flex’s team led the programming efforts and deliveries for various milestones and deliverables.
Outcome
Catalyst successfully tapped our expert biometrics network to provide qualified people and demonstrated our ability to listen and understand the sponsor’s needs and meet it with a flexible solution.
