Nidheesh Sreedharan
The key focus for Nidheesh is to build and develop the data management team in India. Nidheesh has spent more than 21 years in the clinical data management industry. He has extensive experience in managing and overseeing clinical trial database set-up, conduct, and close out phases of trials in addition to clinical project management, resource management, trial budget management, line management, people coaching and development responsibilities.
Nidheesh’s passion for data management is driven by the vision of the Catalyst Flex organization and how he can contribute to it. Joining Catalyst has been a fulfilling journey for him, especially around establishing a strong data management team in India.
“Ultimately, our goal is to serve our clients, who address the unmet needs of patients,” Nidheesh says. “Because of our clients’ commitment to patients, we are committed to delivering timely data with a team of highly experienced and skilled data managers and programmers.”
