In 2018, Catalyst began developing a strategy to define company values and build a framework for an intentional culture, rather than having them simply evolve over time. After extensive discussions, with a focus on growth and the well-being of our people, the “Catalyst Core Culture” framework was born.
Our Catalyst Core Culture or C3 is the foundation of our principles and values, which guide our operational decision making and behaviors. At the core of who we are here at Catalyst, we are empowered, we value one another, and we focus on keeping our commitments.
We are passionate about doing things differently here at Catalyst. We endeavor to empower our people and create a true people-first approach in everything we do. The C3 training program brings to life our values and continues to build on our intentional approach to culture. Our learning programs are thoughtfully designed to support team members with incorporating our principles and values into their day-to-day roles across the business.
We are proud to celebrate our recent C3 for Leaders Program Graduates! Each of our 42 graduates in the spring/summer cohort completed the 16-hour course of Catalyst Core Culture training; a shared learning experience for teams to connect and discuss the experiences that support our “people-first” culture. We are excited to continue rolling out this program to all global leaders here at Catalyst.
