Catalyst Receives Company of the Year in Life Sciences Awards
Recognition reflects our people and our commitment to excellence
At Catalyst, we don’t take accolades or recognition earned by our outstanding team of clinical research professionals for granted. We are proud of our people and their commitment to excellence. We were ecstatic to see their hard work recognized.
The recognition was significant this year, as it was also a year we met one of our “True North” goals – a 95% employee engagement score. What does that tell us? And why does it matter?
Simply put, the culture at Catalyst is everything. Our company values, or our “Catalyst Core Culture,” known as our C3 internally, define us as professionals and colleagues. When we each live and work in these values daily, we can deliver on our commitments to one another and our customers.
