She leads with integrity, drives strategic quality initiatives, and fosters a culture of compliance across an organization.
Melissa’s career spans leadership roles at Fortrea, ICON, IQVIA, LabCorp Drug Development and Covance, where she built quality systems, led regulatory inspections, and partnered with sponsors to elevate quality outcomes. Her ability to translate complex regulations into actionable processes—and her commitment to mentoring talent—make her an invaluable part of the Catalyst team.
